Rockstar Games has announced that it is working with Team Bondi to publish their new crime thriller L.A. NOIR
L.A. Noire blends action, detection and complex storytelling and draws players into an open-ended challenge to solve a series of gruesome murders. Set in a perfectly recreated Los Angeles before freeways, with a post-war backdrop of corruption, drugs and jazz, L.A. Noire will truly blend cinema and gaming

In L.A. Noire you step into the shoes of Cole Phelps, a cop trying to clean up the dirty streets of Los Angeles, You follow his career progression through the game starting as a street cop and working your way though the ranks to the homicide division.
As expected being a thriller the gameplay includes some detective work, such as interviews & interrogations and crime scene visits, where some crime scenes reported as needing skill to find all the clues needed to solve the case
During gameplay you will of course need to speak to people, and this is covered in a similar way to the system used in the Mass Effect series where you are presented with various questions and responses, you can also try coaxing, accusing and forcing the people you are talking to get a different outcome, as the way you speak to people vastly changes how well an interview goes as each character in thegame is different and therefore may respond differently to another character,
L.A. Noire implements a state-of-the-art motion capture process which is said to be “picture perfect”, with the voice actor’s motions, facial movements and gestures are captured perfectly on the screen in an almost movie-like quality.
L.A. Noire also boasts one of the best open-world environments in gaming history, as they have “perfectly recreated 1940’s Los Angeles”, If there is a game developer that can deliver a massive open world that works seemlessly then Rockstar is it..
