In Chapter 3, after you’ve been to see Derek at the docks and tried loading cargo onto a truck you’ll be introduced to Henry at the restaurant, He will give you a job to do that evening, here you will be asked to break into the Office of Price Administration and steal fuel ration stamps from the safe, and you need to get in and get out again without being seen. Sneak in through the toilet window, find the keys and then go upstairs, subdue the 2 guards on the 1st floor and then go down to the main hall and kill the guard there, In this building you will also find 2 playboy magazine collectables, after killing the guard head to your left hand side (if facing the desk) head down the corridor and then downstairs into the basement, in one of the rooms you’ll see an open fuse board, follow the on screen promt and turn the alarm off, now head out of the basement and go up 2 flights of stairs, and into the room indicated, pick the lock to the safe room, then unlock the safe, now escape without being seen, if you follow the route on the video you’ll easily escape .. .
