Sell all the gas stamps before time runs out.
After stealing the fuel stamps (And maybe obtaining the Professional achievement / Trophy ) you need to sell the stamps before midnight to 6 gas stations, As you leave the bar look at your map and start with the station above and to the right of you, Do all 5 where you are then head towards the last station across the bridge, as you can see by the video you’ll have plenty of time to do it in.
